Once you have made your chocolate selections, you will need to go to the Checkout page to review the items you have ordered.
In My Basket, you will be shown a summary of your products for your review, along with a subtotal cost.
Here you will be able to enter any discount codes in the box marked ‘Enter a coupon code’.
To proceed with the order, you will need to click on the 'Checkout' button near the bottom right area of the page.
If you have not already registered as a customer with Rococo Chocolates, you can choose to ‘Register’, or you can pay for your items as a temporary ‘Guest’ of the website.
Choosing the ‘Checkout as Guest’ option simply means you will be asked for your full payment and delivery address details each time you return to the Rococo Chocolates website to make a purchase.
Choosing the ‘Register’ option however, means that you will only have to complete this process once, as the website will securely store all your details ready for your next visit.
Both guests and registered users will be asked to complete ‘Billing Information’, which will require details of your billing address.
This page asks customers to input the intended delivery address for the purchased items. If the delivery address is the same as the billing address, simply select the box marked ‘Use Billing Address’.
This page deals with the postal delivery option for your product. Rococo Chocolates currently offers one delivery option only, so please select the ‘Flat Rate’ postal delivery option.
You will then go to a page where you can input your payment details.
You will then be asked to confirm your method of payment. Rococo Chocolates allows customers to pay via a number of credit cards using the secure ‘RBS WorldPay’ online payment service.
You can make a payment via a number of credit and debit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and Solo.
Customers will be asked to review and confirm the details of their order before inputting payment information.
To confirm the order click on ‘Place Order’ button.
Customers will then be taken to a secure ‘RBS WorldPay’ page and asked to select their method of card payment, billing address and confirmation of the order.
Once completed, you will then be shown a confirmation of your order.
If you are not happy with your products for any reason, you can return them at our expense. It's as simple as that!
