Rococo Chocolate Classes

Ever wanted to learn how to make chocolate like the professionals? Well, now you can if you visit the Rococo School of Chocolate at our Motcomb Street store. Classes for absolute beginners or one to one master classes. We welcome parties, groups or individuals - just give us a call and we'll do the rest!

A fantastic hands-on opportunity to learn the art of chocolate making and cooking with chocolate. Classes combine both theory and practice and take place in our kitchen at Motcomb St with our award-winning chocolatier and Prof du Choc, Laurent Couchaux.

Perfectly Tempered Chocolate

Teaching you fundamentals of working with and appreciating good chocolate, this course covers chocolate tempering, making chocolate figurines and tips for recreating the recipes at home.

The Perfect Truffle

The natural progression from our Tempering class, this next step elaborates on how to make a chocolate truffle. Find out which ingredients work best and by the end of the course you will have your own range of hand-made chocolates to take home.

Perfect Baking with Chocolate

Baking with chocolate is a real pleasure and indulgence. With a little practice and some useful tips from our chocolatier, Laurent, you can become a real Masterchef with chocolate.
