Rococo's Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini
Party season is approaching fast. Soon, we'll all be gathering to throw some jazzy dance floor shapes and imbibe the booziest of concoctions. To help you on your merry way, our team of budding boozers have cobbled together an Espresso Martini Recipe using their favourite spirits and elixirs. So read on, get mixing and toast a joyous party!
Rococo's Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini
Serves 2
A sweet Espresso Martini, with a hint of spice and a deep roasted coffee hit.
You will need:
A cocktail shaker
A V60 (or any coffee maker that can give you the sweet gift of espresso)
2 Martini Glasses
Ice
1 Tbsp of Pumpkin Spice Syrup
100 mls of Grey Goose Vodka
50 mls of Mr Black Cold Press Coffee Liqueur
50 mls of Gentleman Barista's Bowler Hat Blend Espresso (or whichever coffee you use to make your espresso).
A bag of Rococo's Espresso Shots to top your Espresso Martini
Method:
1. Brew your espresso, and leave to cool. We recommend 1 shot per person.
2. Chill 2 Martini Glasses in the Fridge.
3. Pour 1 Tbsp of Pumpkin Spice Syrup into your cocktail shaker, along with the ice, vodka, espresso, and coffee liqueur. Savour that delicious aroma. Seal and give it your best shake, until the cocktail shaker feels ice cold.
4. Strain into your chilled glasses. Glance adoringly at your boozy creation, and top each concoction with 2 of our delicious espresso shots.
And... Ta Dah! You have 2 Espresso Shots to sip while you party the night away!
