Our Spring / Summer exclusive collection. Our Fresh chocolates are made with natural ingredients and no preservatives so the natural flavour of the ingredients we use shines through in each chocolate.

Dark Chocolate Raspberry Rose and Lychee Jelly
Raspberry, Rose and Lychee purees are used to make a pâte de fruits that is then enrobed in 62% Arriba Nacional Trinitario chocolate from Hacienda Victoria in Ecuador.
The result is a fresh, fruity and floral flavour with a depth and intensity that is beautifully balanced by the dark chocolate.
Rhubarb and Cardamom Layered Ganache
Masterfully crafted with a silky, aromatic ganache that perfectly balances the spicy warmth of cardamom with the creamy sweetness of white chocolate.
Cherry Bakewell Ganache
A rich sharpness of a Morello cherry puree with a sweet and aromatic marzipan made with bitter almonds and Amaretto, and enrobing it in 56% Arriba Nacional Trinitario chocolate from Hacienda Victoria in Ecuador.
Popcorn Ganache
The buttery, sweet and salty white chocolate ganache is enrobed in a fine layer of 36% Milk Chocolate Arriba Nacional Trinitario from Hacienda Victoria in Ecuador, and is adorned with some fresh popcorn pieces.
The result is a fresh, fruity and floral flavour with a depth and intensity that is beautifully balanced by the dark chocolate.
White Chocolate Peach Bellini Dome
A thin white chocolate shell covers a white chocolate ganache made with a peach puree and Prosecco Grappa. A burst of ripe peach flavor, juicy and sweet with a hint of floral notes that evoke the essence of summer orchards.
Milk Chocolate Blood Orange Caramel
A rich and indulgent caramel, lifted by blood orange essential oil. The thin shell of the 36% Milk Arriba Nacional Trinitario chocolate compliments the flavour of the caramel and rounds up the indulgent experience.
